-RESPONSIBILITIES-
Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements & providing a supportive role to the auditors.
.Preparation of SOFP schedules for monthly review by the CFO (Turkey Cluster).
.Monthly working of RF markup forming up for the quarterly payment.
.Work on the monthly cash reporting & cash forecasts for the review of GULF Treasury Head.
.Preparing receivables aging report for the monthly review of the CFO (Turkey Cluster).
.Booking of scrap sales in SAP as per SE guidelines & issuing sales tax invoices to scrap customers.
.Performing customer clearing & adjustment of advances/ retention money in SAP.
.Monthly reconciliation of inter-company vendor ledgers & statement of account.
.Follow-up on payables team members with regard to vendors, employees advances & disputed payments.
. Monthly review of open GR/IR accompanied with the schedule of the account.
.Performing the disposal of Fixed Assets in SAP.
.Supervising the monthly cash count activity & submitting request for petty cash replenishment.
.Posting of cash clearing items to the respective accounts.
.Reviewing bank reconciliation statements & following up on aged items.
.Recording of provisions & expenses in reference to the monthly closing activities.
.Preparation of LHR office monthly reports based on cash accounting.
.Raising request to SE France for funds required by LHR office.
.Setting targets with action plans and reporting the performance of team members against the KPIs set by the line manager at KPMG.

.Calculation and comparison of the yields on the T-Bills & PIBs transactions in conformity with the established basis points margin allowed.
.Verifying the values of coupons (Interest) receivable in the in-house ERP by manually calculating the figures and reporting the differences to the IT support for the system adjustment.
.Gather and review the investors agreement accompanied with the terms of investment on any IPO/Pre-IPO participation by the Fund.
.Intimating the registrars and the brokers involved on the payments made against the subscription of the IPO/ Pre-IPO.
.Verify the interest income/ profits on the Term Deposits, Letter of Placements, Certificate of Deposits upon the investments made by Funds.
.Executing the payments for TDRs, LOPs & CODs via electronic transfers & RTGS for the settlement of the investments.
.Compile, quantify & upload the daily equity trades made by the Funds from the NCCPL terminal in the in-house ERP system.
.Perform the exposure review in terms of entity & sector limits defined by the constitutive documents of the Funds and as per the NBFC Rules.
.Settlement of the T-Bills, PIBs, GOP Ijara Sukuks & Equity trades as instructed by the Asset Management Companies in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
.Settlement of investments in other avenues by mutual funds, pension funds & SMAs in correspondence with the AMCs, brokers & banks.
.Work on receivables & payables of Funds under the management of Asset Management Companies.
.Perform periodic and day to day compliance measures under NBFC regulations, Voluntary Pension Schemes & the constitutive documents of relevant Funds.
.Work for bank reconciliations & profit calculations of the respective bank accounts and cash & near cash investments of the assigned Funds.
.Initiate and perform all financial matters, including weekly/monthly withholding tax, monthly remuneration, SECP fee, auditor's fee and other financial & operational expenses.
